With the course “TMAP: Quality for Cross-Functional Teams”, you, as a member of a cross-functional team, get the right knowledge and the skills that are important for building quality into your IT system and gain confidence that the expected business value can is achieved.
The course takes place in our training facilities in Skanderborg.
Today, cross-functional teams are expected to deliver business value with the right quality fast. TMAP® supports this way of working towards built-in quality that goes beyond classic dynamic and static testing. With the course “TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams”, you, as a member of a cross-functional team, get the right knowledge and the skills that are important for building quality into your IT system and gain confidence that the expected business value can be achieved.
We will have 3 intensive days with both theoretical presentations and practical exercises, and there will be plenty of time for discussion. Our teachers emphasize engaging teaching with more focus on dialogue and less on PowerPoint. Course materials and the syllabus are in English, and we can complete the course with both Danish and English speaking.

The course is aimed at you who are a member of a cross-functional team and may have one of the following roles:
You should expect approx. 5-10 hours of reading the syllabus before the start of the course and 1½-2 hours of homework each evening during the course.
The exam is prepared by Sogeti and administered by ISQI. The exam is online and is 1 hour multiple choice with 30 questions, without aids.
You must get 66% correct to pass.
As the exam is online, you will have the opportunity to plan the exam as best fits into your daily life.

The course is held in our course rooms in Skanderborg.
The teaching takes place at 09.00-16.00 every day, unless otherwise stated in the course confirmation. Breakfast is available from half past eight.

There are good parking conditions at the address, and parking is of course free.
Your teacher at “TMAP: Quality for Cross-Functional Teams” is Eleonore Fly Ringgaard. Eleonore is a senior test consultant and has dealt with IT, testing and project management since 2014. Eleonore has several certifications in both ISTQB and TMAP. As a teacher, Eleonore focuses on putting the theoretical into the practical context in which the students find themselves.
